Digital access should be a right. Provide devices free in schools for all who need them. 

Why the contribution is important

At present unequal access leads to denial of other rights and needs

    Yes digital access should be a right. But in addition to their job of teaching and staying current with trends relevant to their subjects, teachers are also surrogate parents who consistently dole out free meals and clothes, medication, discipline... they're pretty stretched :(
