Aspiration and creativity

I think that the strategy requires something that triggers aspirational thought, adventure, innovation. 

Why the contribution is important

Trust, inclusion and growth are good pillars. But very safe. Every strategy needs a wildcard.

    I couldn't rate (or like whatever we're doing) this comment enough and agree there needs to be a vehicle, platform, or trigger that helps uncover and supports the wildcards - some of which could become the moonshots.
