Why the contribution is important
We will make a better return on investment in digital services and better achieve inclusion goals. We'll also adopt more widely shared support for digital services by showing good consideration of how each system works between devices and people, and that this means all New Zealanders can be equally involved.
This would avoid feelings and narratives of second class digital citizens, like we're seeing with media coverage of how difficult COVID-19 vaccine certificates would be to get and use for those without smartphones.
