Train public servants on intercultural design

Train all public service delivery and policy makers on intercultural design, alongside service design principles.

Why the contribution is important

Until public servants (policy, delivery, regulation, anything that affects or interacts with the public) are taught intercultural design, we will continue to see unilateral engagement with Maori and anyone else.

    Probably a few steps required before this (cultural and language training, plain language training, design training in general) but it’s a good milestone to aim for.
